Japanese substrate of volcanic origin, with high hardness and good water retention. Due to its almost neutral pH, it is ideal for mixing with akadama in different proportions and using with a wide variety of species, especially those that do not require an acidic substrate, such as olive trees. In addition, its lightness reduces the weight of large trees and/or those in the cultivation phase.
