Tree sealer Kiyonal Ace 100 g

Kiyonal Ace is a wound protector for bonsai and other plants.

It protects and prevents rainwater from entering through cuts and wounds after pruning. It also prevents nutrient loss, wood cracking due to drying, and bacteria from entering through cuts and wounds.

It does not harden completely even after drying and does not inhibit tree growth. In addition, it quickly envelops the cut, promoting callus formation and healing.

It is very durable and can be removed once it has fulfilled its function of protecting the wound. Its grey-brown colour is not noticeable even after application, and it is suitable for various tree species.

USE

・Remove the cap and cut the tip of the pointed nozzle, either horizontally or diagonally according to your personal preference, or cut close to the base so that it can be dispensed easily.

・Cleanly trim the pruning marks and the area around the wound with a sharp knife (this will help the wound heal faster).

・Avoid applying the product immediately after watering and apply it to the entire wound to cover the area around it (the entire cambium).

・Avoid watering until dry. Ideally, wait at least half a day, and at least 1 to 2 hours, depending on the weather.

・As healing progresses and callus forms around the area, the product may crack at that point. In that case, reapply Kiyonal Ace as needed.

・After opening, the pointed nozzle may dry out and become clogged. In that case, use a sharp object or wire to remove the obstruction. To prevent drying, bend the bottom of the tube after opening, release the air, and secure it with a paper clip or similar item.
