José Antonio Guerao Navarro, based in Totana, Murcia, has built a career based on perseverance and respect for his craft. He studied in Tokoname with Nakano Yukizou of the Gyozan kiln. More than simply reproducing a tradition, he has made it his own, keeping alive, from his own workshop, a flame that seemed destined to die out.
