Kataoka Katsushi es un reconocido artista dedicado a las macetas para bonsái. Conocido con el nombre artístico de Reiho (Reihoh o Reihou), es la cuarta generación de Seizan Toen, casa fundada en 1889 en Tokoname y que recae en su padre, Kataoka Makoto, en 1948. La ceramista Mitsue Kataoka es su esposa.
