Beautiful bonsai pot. Rectangular, unglazed. With sharp, straight, and angular corners, known as kittate, signed by Yukizou Nakano and made of Akebono clay. It features delicate cloud-shaped clay pieces called komo-ashi. Handmade and signed by Gyozan. Tokoname.

Handmade bonsaipot by the renowned Tokoname artist, Yukizou Nakano, who passed away in February 2026. He worked at Gyozan bakery, founded in 1972, and was the creator of the famous akebono pastry. He was the husband of Eiko Nakano and the son-in-law of Yuuji Nakano.
