2. Object

The present Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of products through our online store. By placing an order, the user accepts these conditions without reservation.

3. Purchase Process

To purchase our bonsais, tools, or accessories, the user must follow the online purchase process. Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an email with the order details.

4. Prices and Methods of Payment

All prices include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be broken down before the purchase is finalized. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. You can consult all the details in our Methods of Payment section.

5. Shipping and Delivery of Bonsais

Since the primary products are living beings (bonsais), Laos Garden takes special care in packaging and transport so that the tree arrives in perfect condition.

  • Delivery times and shipping zones are detailed in our Shipping and Returns policy.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a delivery address where the package can be received immediately, to avoid water stress to the bonsai.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, by law, there are special conditions:

The consumer may withdraw from the contract in the cases provided for in legal and regulatory provisions (Book II, Contracts and guarantees, Chapter II, "Right of withdrawal", in art. 68 to 79 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws), with the exceptions provided for in art. 103 of the TRLGDCU.

The right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days, applicable to all products of Laos Garden C.B., with the exception of perishable goods (living plants: "Bonsai" category).

Notwithstanding the above, the basic conditions to effect and facilitate any return at Laos Garden are as follows:

  • • The period for any return is 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order, except for perishable products (living plants).

  • • Return shipping costs will only be borne by Laos Garden in the event that the product has a defect, or an item different from the one requested has been sent.

  • • The customer is recommended to contact Laos Garden beforehand to finalize the terms of the return and expedite the process.

In case of breakage of the sent material (ceramics, bonsais...) the customer must notify Laos Garden within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, providing photographs of the damage, packaging, and identification labels on the box, so that Laos Garden can file the appropriate claim within the deadline to the transport company.

7. Warranties and Product Condition

Each bonsai is a unique specimen. The photographs on the website faithfully represent the specimen you will receive (in the case of individually cataloged trees). Laos Garden guarantees that all specimens leave our facilities in perfect health condition.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on laosgarden.com (texts, images of bonsais, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights. Its reproduction without express permission is prohibited.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile or those legally corresponding.
